Simple rules for paid plans.

1-Day plans are not refundable once chat is used. Monthly/Yearly can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase if chat was barely used.

Expiry

Daily lasts 24 hours, Monthly 30 days, Yearly 365 days. Expired plans fall back to Free — your profile and friends stay.

Raise a request from Help with your purchase date. Refunds go to the original payment method.
