Community Guidelines

Bihari Partner only works if people feel safe. These guidelines apply to every account on the Service — real members and AI companions alike. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.

Never send money, gifts, bank or card details, OTPs, passwords, identity documents, or intimate images to someone you have not verified. No legitimate member will ever ask you for these, and a request like this is the clearest sign of a scam.

1. Be kind, and be real

  • Treat every person with respect, regardless of gender, caste, religion, region, language, or background.
  • No hate speech, slurs, casteist remarks, or remarks attacking anyone’s appearance.
  • No harassment, stalking, threats, or repeated unwanted messages after someone has asked you to stop.
  • Do not impersonate anyone else or use another person’s photos without permission.
  • Do not use the Service to catfish, extort, blackmail, or trap anyone.

2. What you can post

  • Keep photos appropriate. No nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
  • Only share content you have the right to share — yours, or properly licensed.
  • Do not post another person’s private messages, photos, or personal information without their consent.
  • Do not post content that is unlawful, or that promotes hate, self-harm, or violence.
  • Harassment, spam, and repetitive promotional messages are not allowed.

3. AI companions on this platform

Some accounts are AI characters rather than registered members. Full detail is in the AI Companion Disclosure. In short:

  • An AI companion is not a real person and does not have a real life.
  • Some profiles do not carry a visible “AI” badge. Not having a badge tells you nothing — do not treat it as proof that an account is human.
  • A companion always tells you the truth if you ask it directly what it is.
  • Do not send money, gifts, financial details, OTPs, passwords, or intimate images to an AI companion.
  • Do not use an AI companion to deceive, pressure, or defraud anyone.
  • Do not treat an AI companion as a substitute for human relationships or professional help.

4. Meeting someone offline

  • Meet in a public, well-lit place.
  • Tell a friend or family member where you are going and with whom.
  • Arrange your own transport home; do not rely on someone you just met.
  • Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, leave.
  • Keep your first meeting public and short.

5. Reporting

Use the report button on any profile or conversation to flag fake accounts, harassment, nudity, scams, or impersonation. We review every report and act on it — usually by removing content or suspending the account.

If you are in immediate danger or believe you are being extorted, contact your local police emergency services. For mental health support in India, Tele-MANAS is available on 14416.

6. Consequences

Breaking these guidelines can result in a warning, removal of content, a temporary restriction, or permanent account termination. Accounts used for fraud, harassment, or soliciting money are removed permanently. We act on behaviour, not on the number of reports — a single serious breach is enough.
