Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Service, and we delete accounts we learn belong to minors.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade a block or a ban is a breach of these Terms.

You keep ownership of the photos, bios and messages you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service — for example, showing your photo on your profile and delivering your messages to the person you sent them to.

You confirm you have the right to upload everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or bully anyone.
• Impersonate any other person, or falsely claim to be a real individual when you are not.
• Solic, request, or attempt to obtain money, gifts, financial details, OTPs, passwords, identity documents, or intimate images from anyone.
• Upload sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Upload content that is not yours, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or otherwise extract profiles, photos, or messages.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service.
• Circumvent bans, blocks, rate limits, or any technical restriction.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach our infrastructure or disrupt the Service for others.

• You can block any member at any time. A blocked person can no longer see your profile or message you, and is removed from your discover results.
• You can report any profile or message. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts.
• We may suspend, limit, or terminate any account, with or without notice, that breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
• Accounts used to defraud, harass, or solicit money are terminated without appeal.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, or romantic relationship between you and Bihari Partner. Bihari Partner is a social platform only.

If you choose to meet another member in person, you do so entirely at your own risk. Bihari Partner does not verify identities, do not conduct background checks, and cannot confirm that any account — including an account that appears to be a real person — is genuine. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and take sensible precautions.

A free tier is available to try the app. Paid plans (shown inside the app after you sign in) unlock messaging and additional features. Applicable GST and convenience fees are shown before you are charged. If we change pricing, we will tell you the price and terms first.

Some accounts are AI characters whose replies are generated automatically by a language model. Full details are in the AI Companion Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Do not treat an AI companion as a real person, a real relationship, or a substitute for human connection.
• Do not send money, gifts, financial details, OTPs, passwords, or intimate images to an AI companion or to anyone you believe might be one.
• Do not use the Service to deceive, defraud, or gain advantage over another person by interacting with an AI companion.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any account — human or AI — is genuine, accurate, or safe. Information exchanged with other members, including AI companions, is not advice we endorse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or emotional distress arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bihari Partner and its operators from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make a material change we will notify you through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the following, the courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law.
